Review: A BIG HELP FOR MAKING PROFESSIONAL LOOKING GNOCCHI - I have been wanting to make gnocchi for a long time. Last time I made it was about 1973 with my mom and it didn't turn out very well so she threw it all out! I made some before I got this board, but after rolling it on the board with a fork, it looked so much more professional! It takes a little while to get the hang of it, but not very long, and you're rolling and forking beautiful gnocchi! We ate them with two sauces, browned butter and parmesan, and marinara! It made the job go much faster, so glad to have it! Will be making gnocchi more often now!
