I put this sole inside of my Since 1974 UGGS. I wear a size 9 and they fit perfectly after a quick trim. My uggs used to be sooo uncomfortable because they were super stuffy and flat. I hated the fluffy sole that it came with since it made my feet sweat. With the new soles they are still cozy (not too warm at all) which I enjoy and it feels like I’m walking on clouds!! Perfect for long walks or just going to class.

I recently purchased a pair of shoe inserts and they have completely changed the way I walk! These inserts are fantastic and I would give them 5 stars without hesitation. I had tried two other pairs of shoes, but none of them seemed to work quite as well as these do in my sneakers. The first pair of shoes I tried were uncomfortable and didn't provide enough arch support, leaving me with sore feet and ankles after just a few hours of wearing them. The second pair were a bit better, but still didn't provide the level of support that I needed to feel comfortable on my feet all day long. However, once I slipped these shoe inserts into my favorite pair of sneakers, I knew I had found the perfect match. The inserts provided just the right amount of cushioning and support, and my feet felt so much better at the end of the day. I was able to walk longer distances without any discomfort or pain, and my posture even improved as a result of the added support. Overall, I'm so happy with these shoe inserts and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive option for their shoes. They truly make a world of difference, and I'm so grateful to have found them!

The size was slightly bigger and didn’t fit well in shoes of the same size. I happened to have a pair of Nikes that were one size bigger, and after removing the original insoles, these fit well. The arch support is high, higher than I expected. After wearing them for a few days, my foot pain was definitely reduced. I would buy these again.

The insoles are really excellent! Makes my feet feel very good after wearing them all day. They look sturdy and fit well in my shoes. I'm glad I bought them.

These arrived super fast and were easy to cut to my size. I didn't smell any weird or awful smells like others have suggested either. But the package tells you instructions for that problem. These are comfortable. I am concerned over the safeness of these though. I have slipped going down the stairs while wearing these in my sneakers and while walking on even pavement and while jogging. The bottoms aren't the issue I don't think. The bottoms don't stick to your shoe so you can take them in and out when you want to wash them or trade shoes. I believe the problem lies on the topside that your foot goes on. The material is too slippery for sock wearing. Everytime I slipped it was because my foot slid way over to the side of the shoe and even caused me to come out of my shoe, twisting my ankle and damaging a really nice pair of sneakers that I specifically had for these orthotics. Maybe if the bottoms had adhesive this would make it harder for it to happen at all. I was really hoping I had found my dream orthotics but I'll have to keep looking because safety is the most important thing.

I bought three different inserts for my shoes (I have plantar fasiitis) that I would be using to walk all over hilly Korea, this one, the Profoot one and the Dr. Scholl's Sport insole. I tried each of them for about 5 days each before my trip. This one by far was the best. The Profoot one was a bit narrow. The Dr. School's had bounce but not much arch support. This one I really liked prior to my trip. It proved it's worth after 10,000 steps each day and my feet were not sore, my arches felt great, and I wasn't foot fatigued. These really stood up to a lot of walking in hilly areas and steps. They worked so great I intend to buy more and put them in every sneaker I have. Highly recommend!

Great insoles. They provide great foot support and you can cut them to your desired size

Omg these are the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. It feels like I'm walking on a cloud. I do lots if running around at my previous job 4days a week for 8hrs each day & I never felt any pain or fatigue in my legs or feet. Everyone should experience this level of comfort lol.

I have flat feet and often have pain after standing for too long or walking. I used this for my trip to Europe and it felt like walking on clouds. I was getting more than 10,000 steps each day and I barely had any foot or leg pain after. I have gone to a podiatrist and got a prescription insole but these work just as good if not better.

Amo estas plantillas, he comprado dos veces ya, cuidado con la talla y con cortarlas exactas. En tenis de correr o botas de senderismo, yo retiro la plantilla del calzado y mejor coloco Estas otras. A un año y medio de usar las primeras que compré, aun no pierden forma y yo disfruto el confort.
