I have a pair of panther chameleons. This product was great for a couple months. I use only filtered water had the pressure set at about 50% pressure. It worked great until it hit the 5 month mark. The pump quit pulling water . I now have to go back to watering manually until I purchase a different product. Get anything else but this mister. Im going to mist king.

Bought one and set the settings to run for 2 minutes every 12 hours at low pressure setting and went about my merry way. Came home from work one day about a week in to find that it had completely flooded both my tanks I had run nozzles into, and basically killed off all my bio clean up crew that was in the soil (we're talking dead worms floating on the surface and isopods completely drowned. About $100 down the drain after removing all the dead things, soaked soil, and having to buy a pump to pump the water out.) Thought maybe it was user error so I re adjusted the settings and set it up again only for it to work for about a week perfectly fine and then... flood the tanks again... So then I set it up on an Amazon plug so that I could set alerts and monitor the outlet to make sure it was working fine and indeed it worked fine because the Amazon plug would shut it off before it could keep itself stuck running. Everything was going smoothly it seemed for about a year until out of no where I lost 5 Red eye tree frogs and 2 bird poop frogs in the span of about 2 weeks from some kind of bacterial infection. Well it turns out 2 crickets had climbed down into the filter for the easy fill lid, got stuck and began to rot and decompose and thus was causing the unit to spray dead cricket spew all over my tanks and it took for me to take the unit apart, clean out the half decomposed cricket carcasses and sterilize the whole unit. As you can imagine spraying disgusting cricket gut water all over my tanks would most likely be the cause of killing off 7 frogs considering I'm meticulous with my cleaning and never had any bacterial issues until these crickets got stuck in the sprayer. So needless to say down about $100 in soil and bio clean up crew and about $500 in frogs I would not recommend this unit based on my experiences. Sure when it worked it seemed to do the job it described, but when it didn't it was catastrophic.

Love this thing! I've used Mist King systems before, but I had an Exo-Terra Monsoon Solo on one of my vivs that I wanted to upgrade. This one caught my attention, and I decided to give it a shot because it seemed like it would be fast to set up and my time is at a premium right now. I figured if it wasn't to my liking, I could return it and order a Mist King system instead. I will *not* be returning this, for the following reasons: -The pump on this thing is an absolute beast. I have it set to the lowest pressure setting, and it's spraying an amazing amount of water into my tank. My tank was looking pretty dry, but in a couple of days I've been able to scale back the spray interval because my soil is back to optimal moisture. I think this could comfortably feed 6-8 nozzles, but my tank is well-covered by 3. -The reservoir is a great size, and thanks to the design of the lid, I don't have to wrestle the thing apart when I do have to fill it. -It's also nice that it came as a whole unit. I've never loved assembling the Mist King systems, so although I appreciate the flexibility there, this wins for ease of use. -THE NOZZLES. These are superior to any other brand I've tried by a long shot. My only recommendation is that after you take everything out of the box and read the directions, take a minute to plan how you're going to lay out your nozzles. I set mine up twice because a better layout occurred to me after I was done the first time. If this holds up well, it's a winner. I'll very likely be buying more of these in the future.

Love the product for what it does but I have to give 3.5 (4) stars because mine came defective and I have 1 complaint about the spray nozzles. The timer/cycle function doesn't work correctly which means the duration dial does nothing aswell. Straight out of the box the cycle button would make it continuously spray water no matter what number it was set to. I have to turn the cycle dial to a number, let it spray, then turn the dial back to zero. I would like to believe that I was just unlucky and sent a defective unit. My complaint on the spray nozzles is that you need to have a plug at the end otherwise water pours out. This wouldn't be that big of a deal for me but unfortunately it only comes with 1 plug. I originally wanted to run a splitter and have 2 separate tanks getting misted but since both ends need to be plugged I was forced to run 1 long hose between both tanks. Otherwise I love it. It comes with plenty of hose and a tool to cut it to perfect length. It also comes with 3 nozzles that spray a very fine mist. The nozzles are adjustable so you can aim in almost any direction. Plus the suction cups for mounting the nozzles are nice quality and don't fall off all of the time. It's top fill so you can just pour water right in and don't have to open anything. It holds a huge amount of water compared to other misters. Controls are so straightforward that anyone can operate it with no problem. One of my favorite features is the ability to change how light or powerful the spray is. Lastly I simply like It's design. It's not too bulky, i like the rounded edges, and it fits nicely next to almost any tank/enclosure. Overall it's a good product. I got it for my roughneck monitor lizard and it mists his entire custom enclosure in less than 10 seconds. If my cycle dial worked it would have a 5 star rating.

While the nozzles can have some difficulty sticking to your vivarium, they work incredibly well. The only real issue I've had thus far is a couple nozzels springing a small leak and dripping water. But that was solved by removing the head of the nozzel and fixing it back on. The dials are incredibly easy to use and lets me entirely control how often it sprays, how long it sprays for, and how powerfully it sprays. I hardly ever need to refill it thanks to the size of the water reservoir. It empties infrequently enough that I can just clean it out any time it empties and then refill and use it and wait until it's empty again to clean it. I also haven't had to refill my snake's water dish in this time either. The nozzels seem to spray powerfully enough to actually refill it almost as fast as she drinks, which is very convenient for maintenance as I don't need to constantly bother her to refill her dish. Very much worth the money, would buy again.

1 year update: this unit is still working the same as day one. Runs 4x per day, no issues. Great product. Original: I am absolutely delighted with this mister. I had a different one before this, the pressure was terrible and the nozzles sprayed rather than created a mist. This is quiet, creates a uniform mist, the nozzle design is excellent, the install was clean. Refill is easy, you don’t take anything apart, I fill it with a pitcher with RO water. It is highly adjustable, and configurable. If you are looking at the Mist King vs this there is NO doubt this is the better solution. Integrated reservoir, better (IMO) nozzles. Excellent product, well worth the money. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry to the company Repti-zoo to have to resort to such a review, I was unable to provide feedback any other way. My experience through Amazon itself which I purchased it was amazing. This is solely regarding the Mister I purchased. I tried to get on the company's website to leave feedback so they can fix their product issues with me directly and when you click the *feedback* option in their menu the page changes to Chinese. I did a translation and it stated "Site not found. Your request did not find the corresponding site in the web server!" The first mister was exchanged. I believe Amazon had it to me next day as a replacement. Second one I decided to return for a refund after not being able to reach the company and having issues still. The Mister was easy to set up. I watched the videos and read reviews on the product prior to purchasing. There are several options allowing up to four misters simultaneously. Supposedly, the Mister should be able to operate multiple nozzles simultaneously (20 i think). I did meticulous research on it. It would be perfect for multiple terrariums. With both units I couldn't even get one to function dependably. I have a panther chameleon and it would have been perfect to maintain her 80 to 90% humidity setting. After me finding out it wasn't working because I work 12 hour shifts my chameleon was dehydrated and I had to take her to the vet for fluids. It is sad after two issues with the product I couldn't reach the company. The product has great potential.
