Hurt my tail bone so my butt was broke. Couldn't sit and that sucks. It was painful to sit, sneeze, fart, cough and of course poop. Yes it hurt to even do that. My elder brother knee me in the tail bone don't do that to people its not fun. But you know what didn't suck, this butt pillow, YES! It's soft suspends your tail bone so you can set comfortably and let your wounded tail hang and heal, and no I'm not trying to make a joke. So, after a several weeks and having some of the most painful sensation in my butt from sneezing I can confidently say that this is cheaper, better, high quality comfort for you tailbone and your butt without having your wallet gouged for cash. Now your probably wondering did you really need to say all that and no, I didn't but you know what. Your never look at butt pillows that same way again. and no, I'm not trolling. ;)

Please Note! This is not a review asked for by the company. I am just so impressed with this item! I had just bought a cheap pillow and it was flat and thin. I returned it, but for just a few dollars more (like 4) I got this one. Whereas the bad one came vacuum shrink wrapped, this one came uncompressed in a clear ZIPPERED package in its correct shape. I really didn't want to take it out of its package, but use it while inside the package. I'm goofy about the packaging, I know, but I'm just so sick of getting things that are malformed because of wrapping or neglect in packing. Ok, the pillow itself is comfortable and has a removable cover that can be washed. I really like it. I needed it because I am recovering from Covid and then Pneumonia back to back which has kept me sitting in bed or just plain sitting for over 3 weeks now and my rear is sore! This helps a lot and doesn't look out of place if you used it on your office chair or even in your car. I plan on doing both after I am well because it also provides coccyx relief. I plan I buying at least one more of these.

purchased this pillow as a second one for use due to the mesh cover, I ordered another one with a different cover on it and it can get warm. This one is firmer and took a few days to get use to but it will work out great when summer comes and I can use it for lawn chairs or when camping. The mesh can be a little itchy but I can put a cotton towel across it, my skin is very sensitive to different materials and sitting in warm weather may create a problem. I am jumping ahead to seasons but I wanted to try something sturdy and cooler that will help with my back problems and sciatic nerve issues.

I bought this before getting a reconstructive surgery for pelvic prolapse (including perineal repair) and it works perfectly, allowing you to sit without pressure right on the surgery site. It's the only way I can sit at a desk chair or in the car comfortably in the weeks after surgery and has allowed me to get back to working at a desk. The dimensions given are correct but the pictures make it seem bigger than it is, but it's been the perfect size and without too much lack of support (if the hole was too big, it would be detrimental) and easy to carry around where I need it. Also seems high quality and the foam is comfortable. Unexpectedly good purchase.

Great shape for problem but it's so hard that I can't sit on it. It creates it's own pain/discomfort. I don't know what the solution is, but for me this is a discard. I am constantly trying to reposition it or myself to get comfortable. It does facilitate using a cold pack to reliieve pain by placing the cold pack in the well in the middle. Other than those times, it just creates pressure points that become very sensitive. Maybe if u are a size 2, your butt would be small enough to sit on the thing without overlap, but my size 12 butt doesn't work well at all. One size does not fit all!

This cushion instantly solved my problem of discomfort while sitting on my butt. I've been solely laying down and sitting on my sides for weeks because of a painful hemorrhoid. I finally decided to bite the bullet and order this cushion to see if I could finally sit normally again. The cushion is perfectly shaped for me, taking the pressure off the problem areas. It is soft and has a bit of grippy fabric at the bottom so it doesn't slide around. I think it will be great for my lower back pain too. When I no longer have the hemorrhoid from h3ll, I expect the cushion to still make sitting more comfortable. I will definitely be using it on my desk chair all the time. It seems well made and dense enough that it shouldn't flatten too much over time.

I’m a nurse and on my feet all day and I work out 5 days a week but I do play a lot of PC video games which means I spend quite a bit of time sitting while I play. I had started developing pressure ulcers (bruises) on the inside of my butt cheeks and knew I needed to fix it before they got worse (meaning the bruises can turn into dead tissue). I bought this seat cushion about a month ago and I only use it when I play video games (I don’t use it in my car or at work) but I have seen an improvement in my pressure ulcer. It’s less dark, has gotten smaller and looks to be healing. By the way, I’m only 26 years old. This can happen to anyone so if it is happening to you, make sure you take care of yourself.

This pillow does indeed provide relieve and makes it more comfortable to sit. However, it is not what I would call "firm" as it states on the page. When I think firm in terms of seating, I think of a good office chair with a firm bottom cushion (I have several at home and a couple good ones in the office). This pillow is what I would consider pretty soft. Otherwise, it does help. I would like to try another, firmer one, to see if it would be even better, but you can't compare on-line since all of these sellers use different descriptions for the pillows - this one says it is "firm, not soft", and for someone up to 300 lbs! I doubt someone weighing that much would like this pillow at all - I'm about half that, I I consider it good/okay.

Ce coussin ma sauvé àpres une fracture du coccyx! J'en avais achetté un autre en pharmacie, mais il n'était pas aussi confortable que celui la! Ca fait (malheureusement!) plus de 2 ans que je l'utilise et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfait! qu

After undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy there was not a lot of meat on my bones and I think my derriere suffered most. I need a donut and I needed it bad! The only donuts available at the time were the hot water bottle orange bum donuts. It provided some relief from pressure due to sitting but was wobbly. I didn't feel particularly safe while sitting on the inflated donut. The memory foam donut has a zippered cover (for laundering). Very comfortable and provides instantaneous relief. Great product and I'll certainly browse their store.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kissen! 😊 Viele kaufen solche Modelle ausschließlich bei Hämorrhoiden, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es auch in anderen Situationen super hilfreich – besonders, wenn man Probleme mit dem unteren Rücken, dem Kreuzbein oder dem Steißbein hat, oder einfach viel sitzen muss. Ich habe es zum Beispiel wegen chronischer Rückenschmerzen und einer Entzündung im Steißbeinbereich (ja, diesem kleinen "Schwänzchen" ganz unten an der Wirbelsäule 😅) gekauft – und schon nach ein paar Tagen habe ich gemerkt, wie viel angenehmer das Sitzen geworden ist, selbst über mehrere Stunden. Das Kissen ist schön weich, aber nicht zu weich – man sinkt nicht ein, sondern spürt eine richtige Entlastung und Unterstützung. Es behält seine Form, auch nach längerem Gebrauch, und fühlt sich außerdem angenehm an. Ein extra Pluspunkt: Es ist jetzt auch der Lieblingsplatz meines Kätzchens geworden! 🐱 Manchmal komme ich an den Schreibtisch – und da liegt schon jemand drauf 😄
