Who can eat enough whole greens in the average busy day? Not me. This stuff gives me a fighting chance to onboard the vitamins, nutrients and fiber I need. Plus, it’s great at regulating elimination. My functional medicine physician recommended Green Vibrance. Compared to other nutritional powders that do far less, the price is decent. I’m not sure why some Green Vibrance users complain about the flavor, when all it takes to overcome the grassy taste and give it some sweetness is to add whole fruit. I add 1/3rd of a frozen banana and a 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries. Sometimes I throw in a piece of fresh pear. And voilà…a yummy, healthy smoothy! The manufacturer recommended starting slowly with a half scoop of the powder to make sure there are no sensitivities to the many different ingredients. So far, so great!

I don’t know about the quality of the nutrition in this but I hope it’s good. This stuff tastes like grass so I add a spoon full of frozen lemonade or one of those packets of water bottle lemon raspberry and it’s FANTASTIC. I can even add all my horriable liquid tinctures and not taste them at all. Give this stuff a try if you don’t like the flavor it’s easily covered up.

Try to use it everyday along with a mixture of other green powders and a proteins powder. I suppose the health benefits will be determined in the long run. I recommend this product.

This is one of those things that are so darn good for you and green, but taste like ….. So darn packed full of goodness you can’t not drink it. So my advice, you will need to drink it like a tequila shot! Have that chaser ready! AND yes your nose will flare and your body will have a little shiver. But hey, all in the name of VITALITY.

The taste is a gag-reflux trigger—you'd think you were ingesting powdered vomit or something 🤢. However, it does work as I feel pretty nice about an hour after I drink it 💪😀
