This product is the best on the market. I have tried them all, but this one really and truly makes my UTI symptoms disappear. The maintenance dose (2 capsules a day) works to keep me healthy, but if any symptoms reappear, I can take one capsule every two to three hours and in no time, the symptoms vanish. I carry a bottle in my purse!Thank you so much for a great product!

I have now purchased my second bottle and found these to work very well for me! I was getting frequent UTI's and then was recommended this product by a friend and am so glad they did! It's a bit more expensive than I hoped to spend but better than paying for antibiotics. Much healthier too.

I am prone to chronic UTI’s that have, over time, become antibiotic resistant. I had taken these in my younger years when I first started getting UTI’s and, paired with antibiotics, they worked wonders. Now that the antibiotics don’t work so well, I’ve been incorporating holistic options into my treatment plan. During my last bad and very painful infection, I was out of town and couldn’t see my urologist. I took these several times per day along with D-Mannose and cranberry PAC’s and when I got home and saw my physician, he told me the infection was almost completely gone. He told me to keep up what I was doing for a few more days and it would be cleared up. He was right. I also take these and/or cranberry PAC’s along with Bromelain per his recommendation, and now I almost never get infections. I am by no means suggesting anyone use these in place of treatment by a doctor, but as an addition to your medication and as a preventative, these are an absolute life saver (literally, in my case). I can’t recommend them enough!

This is a great product if you get UTI's! It has helped keep my 89 year old mom out of the hospital so frequent!

I use that at the very first inkling of a UTI and it really works for me. A really good thing to keep in your camping medicine bag.

They seemed to help with mild urinary tract infection BUT I was very disturbed to read the side of the bottle AFTER I had already taken some pills. It states, "This product contains a substance known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm." THIS SHOULD BE MORE CLEAR BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!! Yes, they posted the label on Amazon, but I was unable to zoom in and actually fully read it, especially where the warning is located. I do not want to ever take these pills again. I'll have to find something else to help with a UTI if it occurs again. Very disturbed this purchase was easily available without clear indication of reproduction harm.

I bought this for my dad who is going through radiation therapy for prostate cancer and as side effects had the burning sensation and having to go to the bathroom very often. Well, just note, does not work for that! I’m giving 3 stars though because I personally haven’t tried them and It has worked for my friend who actually recommended it. So it worked for other people, just not for my dad.

This formula is WAY above the plain "cranberry extract" formulas you might typically see. Other formulas may cost much less, but this stuff is so immediately effective, it is worth the extra $$.
