I really like how simple and healthy the ingredients are, and I've gotta say - pretty impressed with how it works and tastes!They recommend using a nice white loaf, but I used Ezekial bread and it was good.I made mine savory with a sort of flour-thickened white "summer gravy" using flax milk, zucchini from our garden, summer squash from my friend's garden, onions, and tofurky brat pieces. Flavored with black pepper, spicy brown mustard, and a little liquid amino.Perhaps not the *prettiest* dish, but very tasty and packed with protein! 😅 ### ⭐ Sucks! *by Z***E on May 13, 2020* Horrible product. Not sure why people rate it so high. The bread becomes a mushy mess that falls apart in the pan & will not crisp or brown. The can says use 1 & 1/4 cups of water or faux milk & farther down says 1/2 cup. I’ve tried both amounts & neither works. I’ve used different bread & different cooking surfaces. FAIL! Waste of time, money & staples.
