Delta Faucet 45072-SN, Satin Nickel

This should come ready for simple installation. Instead, the back bracket that receives the mounting screws (which were thankfully included) is now 'not' included.The "Frequently Purchased Together" dialogue at Amazon should include this item that is now an accessory: "Delta Faucet RP71072 Recessed Wall Clamp Zinc Plated, Chrome".The finish is beautiful and I could install a wood bracket behind this and simply screw into that, but I ordered the back bracket.

Bought this back in 2014 and because it's such a high-use item, had to come back to review it and tell how high-quality it is. The spring loaded roll holder is metal and never comes apart while you're trying to change the roll, which is already annoying enough (with cheap holders you end up searching around on the floor trying to put the spring contraption back together). Easy to pop in and out but tightly coiled so it stays firmly in place (no wiggling). You may need to use a bracket but we didn't have this issue as we used an existing opening from a 1950s recessed tissue holder and this Delta holder fit the opening perfectly. There was a small wood strip behind our old holder and we were able to screw the new unit into that securely without having to buy a bracket. It is roomy and holds the thick rolls from Costco.

This toilet paper holder is really well made and looks very nice. There have been other negative comments made regarding the wood screws provided. Those folks have not realized the purpose of those screws. If the positioning of the original TP holder was made prior to drywall being installed, the framers would have provided a mounting block into which those screws would be driven to hold the TP holder in place. Without which, you will need a different method of mounting the TP holder that would be appropriate for a hollow drywall installation. I appreciated having those screws provided.

Very nice TP holder, fits mega sized rolls. However, 2 issues. The first is that it arrived without the mounting screws. Normally wouldn't care but with the brushed nickel finish I wanted the matching finish on the screws so I'm not sure if this was just left out but plan accordingly. Second, the spring loaded bar does stay connected as one piece but it actually decompresses too far making it slightly more inconvenient to re-compress when you put it back in. It keeps catching on the lip of where the two pieces slide into each other. My older designed bar decompressed but stayed as one piece without the gap in between, making it much easier to reinsert. Again, minor issues.

I bought this a year ago. I still love it. The satin nickel is very nice. The roller turns effortlessly. This only comes with what you see in the picture plus two screws. I had an existing recessed paper holder from the 50's. I just screwed this screws into the wood that the prior screws were screwed into.

Just wanted to say this Toilet paper holder is way better than the one you have in your house. Has a deep pocket for the jumbo roles that everyone buys. Brushed nickel and thicker metal. Does not include any brackets but has screws so you have to mount a 2x4 behind it to mount to. Not a big deal if your handy.

Our remodeled bathroom had no room for the standard toilet paper holder I got first, so I bought this one. I installed it myself without much difficulty, after researching the right way to approach it, and also purchasing the bracket that goes behind it. It's nice and tight on the wall, fits the space well, and looks great too. It fits Costco bathroom tissue just fine. The paper holder is a little difficult to get off to change the roll, but I sense it will loosen over time. It's a little annoying, but I'd rather have it too tight than too loose, so not worth losing a star over.

This dispenser goes great with my Delta faucet and the rest of the satin nickel in my bathroom. Feels heavy and durable. Installation was easy... I was lucky to have a piece of wood already in the wall with holes from the previous dispenser so all I had to do was line it up and put in the screws. Shipping and delivery was very fast even though this wasn’t a Prime item at the time I ordered. Almost went with a different brand because of this but I’m glad that I didn’t.

Was exactly as described. I really like how sturdy and rigid the spool is. The spool matches the rest of the holder and looks classy unlike the cheap white ones that are out there. I'd recommend this purchase to others.
