Hello Baby: Animals: A High-Contrast Board Book

The high contrast images are perfect for our little grandson. Such a darling book, very simple and well constructed. Exactly the kind of board book for the very young.

This is my baby’s favorite book to look at (she is currently 2MO). I recommend it to all my friends with babies now! My toddler also loves to show the animals to her baby sister & read it!

This board book contains bright, bold pictures of a cat, turtle, fish, pig, butterfly, cow, mouse, bird, bear, zebra, rabbit, panda, penguin, dog, sheep, and a snake. The pictures are simple, with high contrast especially for a small baby's eyes which can focus better on uncomplicated pictures. I'm a children's librarian. We chose this book for our Read, Baby Read section of books for infants.

I got this book for my son when he was 2 months old. The high contrast colors caught his eyes instantly and made story time interactive and fun! I love that it is a durable board book as well!

My 3 month old loves staring at the pictures! Kept her interest longer than other books. I wish I discovered this book earlier.

Our 11 month old son has a vision disorder where he sees contrast better and lesser images better than books with a lot of stimuli and colors on the pages. He loves this book and it actually calms him down before bedtime!

Purchase this a few years ago, still holding up great. Very happy with this book, it’s on its second baby now and both have enjoyed it.

Cute pictures and big print words. My 3 month old loves it! It has rounded edges so little hands can grab it without being jabbed. Nice compact size makes for easy transport if you want to take it with you.

My daughter is 3 months old and it grabs her attention a lot. She loves looking at it and touching while I tell her stories about the animals in the book. Pictures are very cute. It has been my first reading experience with my baby and I am just loving it!

This is my LO favourite from all his collection. it is high contrast plus one figure on each page. Total 16 pictures. highly recommended

my daughter loves looking at the black and white animals but i can tell she's also starting to see some colors as well. the high contrast makes it easy for her to follow the book with her eyes. would recommend!
