The projected arrival date was Sept. 3rd but, it was on my doorstep August 26th (worth two ⭐️).As for the subwoofer, I’ve yet to install this particular item but, I purchased this combo as a result of hearing a coworker’s. I was still surprised at the weight of this little guy. It was packaged separately with plenty of protection. I can’t wait to hear it. Considering the price, if it sounds as good as it looks and feels, this thing will equate to a STEAL (worth one ⭐️).Denovo Kickdown box: In the product description, I think I read the word precise. If not, the word “precise” would be a great word to use. I know it was cut on a fancy CNC machine but EVERY. SINGLE. CUT. is perfect. Every angle is 90°. Even when dry fitted, it doesn’t wobble. Considering the price of a sheet of 3/4” MDF is ~$57, and I’d never achieve this level of perfection, this box is a GREAT value!Why 4⭐️ instead of 5? Well, before I placed my order, I sent a message and posted a question regarding speaker terminals. Neither platform received feedback (1/2⭐️ Deduction). Also, it would’ve been really cool if the box had come with some printed instructions. I struggle with ikea furniture. I must’ve spent 30 minutes just trying to find them online.I’ll reserve my right to update this review if/when either of these products underperform or over achieve.**UPDATE**I’ve got this sub wired to 1ohm using a Power Acoustik RZ-5 five channel amp. I estimate it’s getting ~600W rms. The bass isn’t LOW low, but it’s plenty low enough. The notes are all crisp and clean and response is tight. I wish I had photos of the faces of people when I show them what I’ve got.
