Thanks reviewers, 40 weeks pregnant and put it together no prob.
I love it! Perfect size for my 3 1/2 year old and a few of his buddies, or me for working out post baby. Well made. I can't say enough how impressed with the quality of this product I am. Very pregnant and decided I didn't want to wait for my husband to put it together, plus if I go into labor I'm over due so it would be a +++! I just want to say when you read the directions, understand the first set is for the trampoline without the safety net. Thankfully because of other reviewers I knew this going in, and didn't have to disassemble and reassemble it. I read all of the directions first, and then started putting it together. 1: I put the base frame together. 2: I then put the 4 safety net tubes together. There was some confusion because the directions don't mention which side of the bent poles slides into the straight poles. It's the side with one screw hole. The side with 2 screw holes faces up. I had to re do 2 of these because I wasn't paying attention. 3: I then attached the safety net to the jump mat with the V/button closures and placed it stretched out on the ground, in the center of the frame. 4: I located where the door would need to be. This is very important because if you mess this up and put on the springs, the net will not sit properly and on you will have to take the springs off and restart. I did not have to do this. :) I attached the first spring on one side of the t leg where the door was, and the other 3 springs 14 spaces apart as per the directions. 5: I then attached the safety netting to the top of the 4 safety posts as per the directions on raising the safety net to make sure the net was in the correct position and would go up. It was. Do not raise the posts yet. I just leaned them on the frame. 6: I put the rest of the springs on as per the directions. My 3 year old toddler was happy to help by getting the springs and hanging them in the V holes on the mat for me. I found the best way to put the springs on was to kneel on the ground and pull the springs(With the included tool, and some gardening gloves.) toward your chest. It didn't hurt my fingers at all, although I did have to take several breaks because it was 95 degrees out and I am 40 weeks pregnant. 7: Put the blue mat pad on the outside. I slid the safety posts over it to get it on. Secure the ties as per directions. 8: Raise the safety net posts as per the directions. And you're done. It took me about 3 hours because I kept taking breaks, dipping in the pool, and playing with my little guy. I think it would probably take my husband and I about and hour to put together. Great price, fast shipping, easy to put together once I got the reviewer tips, sturdy, great product, and several neighbors have already commented on its awesomeness... win.

Great, sturdy trampoline. 3-year old LOVES it! (I do too!)
I shopped around a bunch and finally decided on this 8ft Skywalker trampoline because it had such great reviews. Bought it for my 3-year old. Box arrived in good condition with all the necessary parts. I thought at first that it didn't come with all the proper screws, but the parts list in the instructions was just a little confusing and I did in fact have all the needed screws. I think I read other reviews that stated the instructions were confusing and hard to understand. Other than my little bit of confusion with the screws, I found the instructions to be just fine. So maybe Skywalker had updated the instructions since those reviews were written. I assembled the trampoline and enclosure completely by myself in about an hour and a half. I did have a wtf moment when I was trying to get the curved frame pieces (that make up the circle part of the frame) to fit together. At first I didn't think the pieces were going to fit together...it seemed too snug of a fit. But I broke out the wd-40 and a hammer and with some wiggling and banging got all the pieces to squeeze together properly. That took a little bit of effort and creativity, but all ended just fine. That was at the very beginning of assembly. After that it was smooth sailing. Just follow the instructions and very soon you'll have a sweet new trampoline. Quality of trampoline (frame, springs, jumping surface, pad) and enclosure (poles, netting, etc) seem great. The zipper seems to be of good quality. The enclosure also has some clips next to the zipper to act as a backup/additional closure method should the zipper give way. That's a nice additional safety feature. I think the trampoline has a listed weight limit of 175lbs. I can say that my ?35-pound? 3-year old often makes me get it in with him, and between the two of us we have about 200lbs in it and the thing holds strong. I've had the trampoline now for 2 or 3 months and I'm very happy with the purchase and would do it all over again for sure. I'm sure the kids (and I) will have a lot of fun on this thing for many years to come.
