Rip 'N' Ready Shredded Beef Brisket 6 oz (Pack of 6)

Just add some seasoning if you wish, this would make great shredded beef tacos in the middle of nowhere.

Ok this is a review from someone who has a professional quality smoker on his back porch with a vent hood installed so I can do ribs, brisket, chicken, etc. all of the time. This isn't that quality of brisket, but for something that you can carry with you either on a camping/hiking trip or leave in your drawer at the office it is wonderful. Ran across this at the grocery store when they were doing a sell out on it and said for the low price I could try it. Put it in a bowl at the office warmed it up and tried it, very tasty for not coming from a place that cooks BBQ, add some sauce to it and it was fine for a fast and decent quality lunch. The three I have tried have not had a lot of fat in them, the meat was consistent and the flavor has a mild smoke to it. I could imagine throwing it in the back pack when you go hiking and then tossing the pouch into boiling water and having it for dinner on a backpack camping trip. I have also tossed a pouch into a can of pork and beans for a quick lunch and it did good. Came out to see if I can continue to buy it since the grocery store only carried it that once.
