Genuine Real Carbon Fiber Finish 4 Holes Slim License Plate Frame UV Resistant Glossy Finish

i've had this frame installed over my front license plate about 1.5 years in an area that experiences all 4 seasons. the vehicle onto which it's attached is parked in an enclosed garage daily. while the carbon fiber frame itself is very durable and well made, the glossy outer coating has failed miserably.

Took some time to find frames I liked and with good reviews, but I am very happy with these frames. They fit fine and look great especially in the sun. The carbon fiber is just the right touch of sporty without being boy racer. The price for what you are getting is very good.It took a LOT or research to decide on these frames.ETA: I especially appreciate the four hole design because I hate the rattles you often get with two hole mounts and I was able to easily use security screws so these frames are not stolen.

Like the slim design and bottom screw holes.My cars only have top mounting points for the license plates.In order to avoid rattles I space the plate and frame away from the trunk with long screws and rubber spacers.I also put bottom screws with nuts in place to prevent the frame and plate from rattling together.

Purchased this for my new RAV4 last November...now after 10 months the UV coating is peeling off. This is NOT a good look; especially after paying $25 for this product.

It's a decent frame for the price, and it being real carbon fiber. Which it is. But, the UV/clear coat isn't that good. I had it on the back side of my mostly garage kept car, it only lasted around 2 1/2 years. If you're okay with replacing it every two and half years (with good care), then it's a good buy.

Frame itself is nice quality. But the product images show it as including black caps for the plate screws, and it does not actually come with any caps.

Not real carbon fiber, just a pattern applied to the plastic. Will return for refund!

Excellent - Fits very well and you are able to see the registration renewal tags/ stickers. Plus - it makes my car go faster.
