Accurate, But know what you buying First.
People, I have prepare a chart that will show you both pitch pipes in the key of A, and the key of E. Keep in mind the music notes on an 88 key piano, repeat like this. ABCDEFGA, this is the sequence of 8 notes, whereas if it's keyed in the key of A, (A) gets repeated as low (A) and high (A). So these pitch pipes start in different locations depending on the key, low medium and high. I have 2 pitch pipes. The key of A and the key of E. They are keyed in the key of A as low A and the key of E as medium or normal E. Also remember that this repeating pattern of notes goes on to higher and higher frequencies as the pattern repeats. Example. ABCDEFGABCDEFGABCDEFG So in some way of speaking, you're buying in the dark, because these pitch pipes don't tell you where you are at on the chromatic scale. But this chart should help. Study carefully. Special note, the pitch pipes I bought are very accurate for the frequencies you see below. The reason you would buy a pitch pipe is to use it for a reference, in this case they are an accurate reference, but of course having only 13 of the most relevant pitches. These are the best pitch pipes that exist
I love the design, the feel, the sound, the size, the weight. The quality of this pitch pipe is probably why you don't see many different unique designs for this type of tuning instrument.

Very nice, if you're willing to wait
It works great for me--all the holes work, it has good tone, and it looks really neat. Also, I like the carrying case. But be prepared to wait. I ordered this on October 11th. They said I'd have it between Nov. 1 and Nov. 15. I got it Nov. 28th, on the same day I was going to write them an email asking where it was. If you're willing to wait 6 weeks, it's pretty nice. Now I didn't need instant gratification on this thing, but that's a little extreme. The rating of 5 stars is because I liked the product itself. I'm not madly in love with it, but it's pretty nice.

Accurate!
I sing in an a capella chorus. I purchased this upon recommendation when I became a "pitch piper" in the group. It has worked perfectly, and after some testing, we've noticed these have a more accurate pitch over time than other types of pitch pipes.

Started off fine...
I teach theatre and have been in need of a pitch pipe for those time when we have musical theatre performances. The piano is great, but after warm-ups, a simple matching of pitch is all we need. After reading the reviews of several pitch pipes, this looked like the best option for an entry-level model. It worked fine for about two weeks when suddenly, and without warning (did you see the “Little Shop” reference?), several notes changed pitch AND became very difficult to blow into. C# is especially difficult to play and it’s not tuned properly. I suppose for a pitch pipe, I really need to visit a local music store, speak with the professionals in this field, and try some different models.

Not as user friendly as it could or should be
I find that the Pitch Pipe Tuner could be constructed much better, as I am unable to hold it between my lips and tune my guitar at the same time. It takes two hands to tune a guitar, there is no possible way to tune the guitar and hold the pipe to the mouth at the same time, and that is because of the way it is constructed, which is unacceptable IMO. To try to tune a string on a guitar, I actually have pluck a string on my guitar and then quickly try to tune the string before the string sound diminishes and stops sounding, leaving very little time to get the string tuned properly, mainly because I have to hold the pipe, leaving only one hand to tune the guitar string. The pipe is also too heavy to hold between my lips alone, without the help of my hand to hold it. That too bad, because this pitch pipe does have very close to perfect pitch. Update: After owning this for approximately 30 days, the pipe pitch has changed it pitch for a few of the notes. Unfortunately this appears to be permanent and is not fixable. This will no longer tune my guitar correctly as it did when I originally purchased this back in February. This is frustrating, because now it is beyond the 30 days return for credit date. I would not recommend this to anyone, save you money a purchase an electronic tuning device!..

On Pitch!
I was pleasantly surprised to find this pitch pipe to be very on pitch, because I've bought other pipes in the past which turned out to be off pitch. I verified the pitch of each note with my Korg tuner, and the accuracy is rather impressive. I've very happy. As with any pitch pipe, they are small instruments (smaller than harmonicas), so you should not blow with very much force.

The Best Pitch Pipes Available
So good that my singing coach (an opera singer) was actually interested when he saw them. I own both pipes (there's a 13A and 13E--the 13A is in the range that includes Middle-C). As my son and I both sing, the two pipes cover all the notes. The pipes take just a little longer to get here from Japan, but are the real thing and worth the wait. Very nice seller to deal with.
