Great chocolate coating--fresh and easy to melt. I've been making candies for 40+ years and had almost given up due to terrible, glumpy, product from one of the major suppliers. What a joy to once again have chocolate that is easy to use and delicious to the taste. Thank you.

UPDATE: the seller never contacted me and I can only assume they knew that their product isn't any good. In fact, I don't think its even the Merckens brand. See the picture I posted. The real Merckens chocolate wafer is on the bottom, the one on the top is the one I wasted my money on. Do yourself a favor and purchase from another seller.I purchased this in November 2021 and just opened it on January 9, 2022 to dip some strawberries and the chocolate tasted old. The best by date is 7/22. I have contacted the seller for help, but haven't heard back from them yet. I thought I'd save a few bucks and buy it on Amazon but never again. This is repackaged melts, so who really knows. When I need more, I'll pay a little more and buy from my favorite supplier, Stover and Company.
