Description not accurate
The description said this this battery was compatible with my laptop. My computer all but told me to get it out as it was NOT compatible. It looked and fit like the one I was replacing except for the word Dell. I took it out and put it back in and still no good for my Dell Inspiron 5720. I thought that I may have not installed it correctly but I got the same computer message that this battery may cause damage. I guess I need to stick with the Dell product. I returned it with no problems.

Does not work.
This battery indicated immediately that it may damage my laptop of I tried to continue using it. The company told me to put it back in and charge it anyway. Not safe advice I don't think. Item was returned for refund.

Compute won’t recognize nor charge this battery
The computer will not recognize the battery, despite many attempts to trouble shoot and resolve the error. Computer will not charge the battery, so it is just as useless as the original battery I was trying to replace.
