While I was initially unsure about the use of a night time fat burner, I went ahead and took the plunge on this product alongside two other Wellthy products.With two capsules taken before bed, after two nights of getting used to the addition to the diet I found myself getting a more restful sleep, which is something I've had plenty of issues with lately due to health issues stemming from weight gain. I believe that the sleep aid also worked in conjunction with the detox and the other bat burning product to help me lose a little more belly fat than I expected to, even with my new diet and exercise plans.

As someone who has a hard time sleeping and doesn't sleep deeply, I've found this product works immediately. In addition to falling asleep easier and going into deep sleeps. Normally, I don't remember my dreams, but I've even had dreams the past few nights and I've been waking up feeling refreshed.Look forward to see how the fat burner portion of it works in the coming weeks. I've been pairing this with Welthy Sweat, and their protein/collagen and am extremely happy with all of their products. Very impressed with their products so far!

This is such an exceptional supplement that has drastically improved my sleep over the past week! I use a Garmin watch to track the stages + quality of sleep each night. Over the last 7 days not only has my sleep duration and deep sleep stages increased; but the sleep quality has jumped nearly 10% from an average of 86% to 94% overall quality in a 7 day time horizon. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to fall asleep and stay asleep longer while also waking up feeling completely rested and rejuvenated. 5 star product!! They crushed this!

I like the product, but it is overpriced.

This was included in my FabFitFun box.First, I didn’t pay this ridiculously high price.Second, as far as sleep, it definitely helped.Third, weight loss, maybe it needs longer than a month but, no change there even though I was actively trying to lose weight (calorie restriction + increased activity). Good news was I got my full 8 hours the entire month.

This helped me fall asleep and stay asleep… Highly recommend!

Doesn’t work! Does opposite to what it is suppose to…..

These sleep pills have helped me and my girlfriend sleep soo much over the past few months! We each have busy and work filled days, so these are really nice for when we have to settle down and relax for bed. Definitely recommend as these are healthy too
