Easy to use and work exactly as I hoped for weighing down ziploc bags for sous vide-ing. I haven't gone to the very extra expense of buying a food sealer; I just use freezer weight quart and gallon ziplocs. So far so great. And I always pop these weights, individually, inside snack size ziplocs before throwing in with whatever food I'm going to sous vide. Keeps the weights clean, and I figure it also keeps them odor and stain free.

I had been using clips and magnets to keep bags submerged when I wasn't using vacuum sealed bags. These weights made it so much easier. I thought it was too expensive for what I was getting but the savings in time and effort made it worth it.

Works as advertised. However the residue from my pork chops was a bit of a pain to scrub off, considering how easy silicone usually is to clean. Good buy, anyways.

This is superb product. it weights down the chicken or duck so it is totally submerged. I only wish it will not be wrapped with silicon for ease of cleaning.

These little weights are perfect for weighing down a bag in my sous vide. Easy to clean, small enough to store easily in my kitchen drawer.

Weights worked great. However, the weights take on the smell of the food in the bag and I unable to remove (so far) Of course, I scrubbed it clean after use but smell remained. Soaked in vinegar overnight. No difference.Might have to each weight in a small plastic snack bag when using...Anyone dealing with similar?

No more clips- just put in the weights; so easy. clean in the dishwasher
