Along with a healthy diet, PABA works great to help regulate digestion. I tried yogurt, probiotics, and all that jazz. This is cheaper, and much more effective for me!

Difficult to Say
The problem with rating supplements is that sometimes you just can't see a marked improvement. I take PAPA because I know I should at my age. One upside, the positive thing I can say for Source Naturals, they sell a quality product at a reasonable price.
