I read in s review someone got only one shoelace** A: The other lace definitely gets hidden inside the box! If you pull out both tabs at the ends of the box and flatten it, the other lace will pop out! We have received returns where the customer was adamant they received one lace and when returned back to us, there are actually a pair of laces inside! To slip on: you either have to have these tied so loose that there isn't much point in even having them in in the first place. To use like regular laces with a bit more give: too much hassle due to the material being slippy, so you end up with massive loops or massive lace ends dangling on the ground behind you.
