These work extremely well. I'm not sure why I see so many bad reviews about them falling off, burning, etc. I guess my advice would be to shave the area like an hour before applying (so that the chemicals don't burn microtears), and just never touch the adhesive area. Same way a band-aid is to be applied.In terms of duration, these have lasted me the whole day (and often the next morning), and I never took them off when going to sleep. I did have some lucid dreams, but none of them were bad per se, lol. If you want to avoid that altogether, then remove them before sleeping.For places to apply, I loved placing them on my chest and shoulders. I tried placing them on the thigh before, but I didn't really like it, and it fell off. Also, I did experience burning if I placed them in the same location frequently, but you are advised to switch locations daily, so I wouldn't blame the product for that.Overall, a very good product. Highly recommended.

At first I had a hard time making them stick all day, but if you follow directions it works amazing even though I know that's a no brainer lol!! I am beyond greatful for this product. I have smoked for for 25 years and I haven't had a cigarette in 2 months. I'm not saying it's easy. My recommendation is, don't feel pressures when you read that you should go for a lower dose in like 8 weeks. Do what feels right to you at least you aren't smoking. It's extremely hard at first to handle just nor going through the motions. I used very low dose nicotine pouches at first or a vape very seldomly. it's like a crutch but now I don't care about either even when I have a drink which is really huge in my book!! I even continued smoking a few cigarettes here an there in the first 2 weeks. 2 months no cigarettes and I am so happy!! Don't put too much pressure on yourself and you won't have to try again. Works as advertised. The patches stay on your arm even through a shower if you forget to take them off first. No allergic reaction.

Am not a smoker, have never been a smoker. Using this product at the recommendation of an FNTP for use with sweeping out bad things from my system. IE: Using it as a supplement. Currently using 1/2 a patch daily which is 3.5g. Feel more focused. They do not stay stuck when I sweat in our East Texas heat, that is the only caveat currently.

Was trying to find cheaper alternatives to the normal patches and went with these. I buy two packs to get through a month and they work as expected. They stay stuck to my arm and keep me nicotined up!

Total waste of money. I go through two a day because they don’t stay in for more than 3-8 hours for me. I’ve tried different areas of my arm, clean skin, no hairy areas and held it in place for 10 seconds as directed yet they still fall off. This is my first time using nicotine patches and I think I’d rather smoke than deal with these crappy patches.

From the first patched I opened the item was defective. The patch was stuck to the package and the corners were lifted off of the backing. The product seemed to be melted and seeped out into the packaging. I tried contacting the manufacture that Amazon provided and they said that they no longer distribute the patches and forwarded me to the pharmacy that does, well that company said they no longer make the patches offered to give me the new manufactures number and hung up on me and when I try to call back I get nothing! This is very sketchy to me and makes me wonder where these things are being produced. I have informed Amazon about the incorrect information and I hope they can update it!
