Perfect!
After a friend was killed in a car accident, I began looking for ways to secure our dogs in the car. Her dog had ridden on the seat next to her for 15 years. He fell off and pinned her foot down on the accelerator. She struck a parked semi trailer at a high rate of speed. I bought halters but the dogs got tangled. Carriers took up all the room and left no space for our luggage. I tried a couple of smaller barriers but they jumped over them. Wire ones looked like they belonged in a police car. This one fits perfectly, blocks them from the front seat and is always in place without being intrusive. It went together in moments and the only issue I had was my own mistake of making the strap too complicated and clumsy. Just thread it from the bottom straight through and the teeth will hold it where you want it. Because the back seat is almost always down I just tucked it behind the seat and secured it to the headrests. It’s not going anywhere and neither are the dogs.

Easy to install and remove
I needed a cargo barrier to keep my airedales from wanting to move forward in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I hope to also keep most of the dog hair from flying forward by installing a barrier with mesh instead of piping. Because the material fits so tightly, it takes a bit of understanding and working to stretch the material to install the metal framing, but this is so worth the 15 minute effort. The barrier installs with straps to the headrests and the cargo tie downs. It also appears to be easily installed behind the rear seats OR the front seats, in case I want the dogs to have twice the room. On the back seats there is very little gap between the upper corners to the vehicle, and no gap to the sides and the ceiling (using the 50 inch model). After the first install, which took about 5 minutes, installation and removal from my Jeep takes less than 2 minutes. This also keeps my dogs from drooling over or licking the tops of my leather seats. Price seems reasonable for the quality, design, and function, of this barrier.

Good product still have to test drive it
With no directions it was interesting putting it together. I found that if you start with the middle bar, then the bottom, and finally the top I could get it together. I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy and it fits very well. I installed it by myself so it took a bit longer that it would have with two people but it is very do-able with one. I can see out of my rearview mirror easily and I there is no obstruction from the side. I haven't taken the dogs for a ride yet so I will still reserve my review for a later time. For the most part my dogs have been trained to sit in the back seat, but my German Shepherd likes to put her front paws on the middle console to look out the front window, I am hoping this alleviates this problem. Update: I have loaded the car with all the dogs and it passed with flying colors!! My German Shepherd was not happy because she could no longer put her paws on the console but I was thrilled. Highly recommended

Quality Barrier
Very good quality, metal frame, sturdy. Easy to assemble. Mesh is heavy duty, but has good visibility. Straps are reinforced with metal parts. Used in 2025 Honda HR-V and fits like a glove. Sturdy enough to safely contain my 120lb labrador.

Not Only For Pets Works Great For Work Too
Item is GREAT and just what I always wanted. I wanted something like this for years. I do not have a dog; I have a pickup truck and before had a SVU. I sell items for a living, and when I fill the backseat with merchandise, it can fly forward into me when I'm driving. I thought of the metal barriers that they have in cargo vans and wanted something similar for my SUV. I found out about this item in a forum about restraining dogs and thought this might be the item for me. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and customer support was outstanding with my questions. Now I feel safer when transporting merchandise and do not have to worry about things flying into me.

Fits 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe hybrid calligraphy
Purchased the 50” size for my 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe hybrid, calligraphy model. I secured it to the two captains chairs, with the third row folded down. The top straps secure to the metal part of the headrests, the bottom straps around the seats, low on the seat. It fits perfectly and looks pleasant, not harsh, and doesn’t rattle! The 50” fits perfectly with just enough room on either side and top. The 56” would be too big for this car. Quality mesh material and lightweight, but sturdy (titanium?) rods feel like they will hold up well. Glad to have the dogs quarantined off the leather seats. I searched for a lot of solutions for this car/trim combo and am very happy with it! Hoping this review helps!

Fits perfectly in 2017 Mazda CX-5
This barrier fits very well in a Mazda CX-5. I didn't even attach the lower straps around the seat frame and still there is zero noise/rattling from it. Putting it together wasn't bad with two people. Per a suggestion from another reviewer, I attached the center poles first, then the bottom, and finally the top. We had to pull it apart from separate ends to be able to connect—and YES, you need to undo all of the velcro to get it together. Doing that alone would have been a huge pain, so find a friend to help you. Installation in the car was simple (again with two people). Straps cinch around the headrest posts very easily. My dog seems to love the security of it, too. You can see through the mesh very well and it keeps the pup safer and more secure.

have been through a few products to stop my dogs from coming up front in the car and all have failed, the dog always end up in the front pushing my electric e-brake lol. Put this product in 1 week ago and happy to say no sudden stops with the e-brake, holds in place well very sturdy and I own a x5 and a freak about not damaging it and this seems to fit snug and safe and if I don't bore you with anymore words the product held up

I'm very pleased with this dog barrier. It fits perfectly in my Nissan Pathfinder. It arrived earlier than originally quoted. It was very easy to put together and only took a matter of minutes to install in my vehicle. It's perfect for keeping my two dogs from climbing into the front two rows of seats. I would certainly recommend it.

It took my dog less than 3 minutes to chew a hole through the "scratch and tear resistant pet screen". A waste of money.

This would be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT if my little dog didn’t figure out how to jump around the side into the front seat, brat! But, keeps the 2 bigger dogs in the back and reduces being spit on from my drooling girl!
