I was so happy to find this vinegar. The flavor takes me right back to being with my family in Italy.

Fruity Rich Balsamic Vinegar
... This Balsamic has a really rich, fruity taste. I use it for making spicy salad dressings on an almost daily basis. I did knock of one Star because of the bottle-cap design. The cap it quite thin and was very difficult to remove the 1st time... now the vinegar tends to dribble down the sides of the bottle after using it and that makes for sticky fingers next time 'round.

One of the Best!
I only have about 2 brands of balsamic vinegars that I will use for my everyday salad. This is my favorite. It's priced well so doesn't need to wait for 'special occasion' use. It's smooth and has nice body to it when pouring. And the flavor is never acidic. I used to be able to buy it in the Italian grocery store down here, but they stopped carrying it. Thank goodness for Amazon!

Must improve bottle screwtop.
The balsamic itself is okay for the price. However, the screw top mechanism is badly made---the whole structure was loose so impossible to unscrew normally. My husband had to use pliers and another tool just to open. Will be trying another brand next time.
