Amazing if you order the right style & size!! Highly recommend!!
Amazing product! I verified that I ordered the correct version and size; I used it on a brand new pair of size 7.5 with 2.5” heels…worked as it claims it will. No more breaking in heels! I have a small bunion forming plus I’m between a normal and wide width so this is a miracle worker for me. The one pair I’ve done so far fit like a completely different prior to the stretching; they were definitely too narrow and causing pain when I tried walking in them for an hour. No more painful heels! It’s sturdy and pretty self explanatory but instructions do come with it. The poor reviews baffle me…it’s a great product

Works Great! No more breaking in the toes of my new heels!
I've known about stretching shoes for a better fit forever, but usually the cobbler or the store you buy them at does it. I decided to try this for shoes I didn't have stretched that are a bit too snug or don't leave comfortable room for my pinky toe that I bought online. I don't need it for all my heels, but it's great for the ones that need some breaking in in the toe box, without having my poor feet do it! I love my heels and I don't see any reason why they can't be more comfortable from the first wearing, instead of having to break them in and have sore toes. This product works great! You can customize with the movable metal "bumps" where you would like extra room - like I prefer for my pinky toe in some shoes and it didn't make the outside of the shoe look noticeably different. This is the same type of product, a wooden shoe stretcher, that they use in high end dept stores to stretch high heels. It says heels up to 4", but even managed to get it to work for a pair of 5" heels, although I couldn't use the metal "bumps". I definitely recommend this product!!!!! Just remember - it only stretches the toe box, not any other part of the shoe. So, if you'd like a little more room in the toes of your heels this is your best friend! I only bought one to try it and depending on the shoe and the leather it has taken anywhere from a few hours to overnight to stretch my heels to more comfortably fit my foot. If you're not in a hurry one is fine, otherwise buy two so you can do a pair at a time. This is great if you are a regular B width, but would like a little more room. It's makes them fit like you've worn them awhile and broken them in. I'm not sure, but I don't think it widens them a whole width size, because they don't feel too big even when I've cranked it open as far as it will go. I'm also not sure if they would work on synthetic materials or "pleather" as I don't own any shoes made of synthetic materials. I don't think that material stretches the same as quality leather. Also, I wear an 8 1/2 to 9 and I bought the one for sizes 6.5 to 8.5 on recommendation from another customer instead of the next size up. I would recommend doing that if you are on the border bc it fits in the shoe better. All in all a fabulous product! I love mine!

High Heel Shoe Stretcher, Women's
I have to say I didnt have high hope for this shoe stretcher because i have bought a pair from a different brand and was very dissappointed with my purchase. But then i read the reveiws of this shoe stretcher on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I must say i am thoroughly pleased with my purchase, i bought two shoe stretchers so that i am able to stretch a pair of shoes at the same time.I have several pairs of shoes, that i have been unable to wear since they are too tight on my feet (i have very wide feet). Since i got the shoe stretcher about a month ago i have been able to stretch about 7 pairs of shoes and they fit so comfortably now. Though I do use the "kiwi shoe stretcher spray" with my shoe stretcher. I bought the spray from Academy (for about $3), the ones sold on Amazon are a lot more expensive and some even charge you for shipping. Note: It took me several days (3 to 4) to stretch each pair of shoe to comfortably fit me but remember i have very wide feet and i had to increase the width of the stretcher to accomodate my feet after the first try.Anyway as far as the sizes go, i am a size 8.5 and i got the stretcher for sizes 6.5 - 8.5, so it is perfect but i would recommend that if you are size 9 you should also get the 6.5 - 8.5 because the shoe strecher is very bulky. If you have pointy shoes and you get the bigger size you will not be able to get the shoe stretcher all the way in.In terms of durability, i have only had the shoe stretcher for one month but it seems sturdy. Even if my stretcher breaks right now, i will know that i have got my moneys worth from it.The only complaint i have about this shoe stretcher is the fact that it is expensive. There are other high heel shoe stretchers on amazon, that are almost half the price but they dont have as many reviews and they are from a different vendor so I was reluctant to purchase those shoe stretchers.

Good Quality, but maybe I need a guide for better results...
I am a big believer in alterations, including stretching, so I'll invest in a good product whether it is clothes or shoes and willingly have the adjustments done to make it a perfect fit. I've been using shoe stretchers for years and reserve going to a shoe repair for actual repairs. I'm a size 9 to 10 and sometimes need the stretch to make a certain shoe wider through the toe. The toe is my target area, I don't need increased width throughout. This is a heavy, good quality shoe stretcher so I felt the price matched the product. As for the high heel aspect, I'm not sure it is that different from the one my Nana gave me, although it is more solid. I bought the stretch fluid to see if it provided a better end product. It is bulky near the heel area so (as other reviews suggest) it could use some sanding or shaving down. I feel like many people could use a stretcher that targets the toe, not the entire shoe. If you place it carefully, it won't stretch out the entire shoe but then it tends to leave wrinkles around the toe. I need to perfect my use so perhaps it is user error. Either way, I think the stretcher could be more contoured or "feminized" to fit in a high heel shoe more aptly than it does. Not dissatisfied but feel it could use some refining. Overall, it functions and has successfully stretched several shoes that were 2" heels, not so much on the 4". I would still suggest you try it (with the shoe stretch fluid).
