Great product. Been taking it for a long time, can see a difference when i don't. Unfortunately harder to get now a days.

I was introduced to this product by an OG working at GNC. He said "Youngta you have a good build, but this will take you to the next level... It worked in the 70s and it aint changed at all." 20 years later and I still put this in my regiment whenever I'm dedicated to the gym.This product keeps your muscles shaped and firm. It boosts recovery time and gives you that extra boost to lift those final reps. I'm not joking, or fabricating this. I had friends that could tell visual that I was back taking this product. My gains just looked different.It's plant based and natural, so there is no cycling. And it's full of healthy cholesterol lowering plant sterols as well as many other ingredients.The Universal brand has chose to focus more on the Animal brand. But this product is featured in the Animal Stak product (only 1 pill), meaning it's in production, just not in bulk. Please bring it back!!!!

I have taken supplements for 15 years and have seen a lot of fads and products come and go. I was always skeptical of supposed PUMP YOU UP products, but after looking at the label for the sterol complex i was pretty impressed by the range of nutrients- especially herbs- included. I was looking to minimize the amount of pills i take, or at least find formulations to reduce the work of dividing up bottles and bottles of pills into daily doses like i have done all these years. I looked around for some formulas that complimented one another and came up with this stack: Universal Natural Sterols for my herbs, Universal Flex for My joints, and a mega multi that I get from another source. This was my first try with universal products and i must say i am impressed. Ive never really found anything which gave me a "pump". Natural Sterols really does. Its a subtle but noticeable feel, you just feel a little more pumped all day. Like how you feel after doing a few pushups. Highly recommended, even for people who lean more towards the health and longevity side versus body building and weight lifting. Yes the pills are huge but i have no problem with them, and do you really expect this much nutrition to ft into a tiny little pill?

Natural sterol Complex and creatine are the only two supplements with noticeable effects. I have tried the grand majority of main stream supplements out there yet these two are the only that deliver results in both strength and size. YET be advised, I definitely do not recommend taking if you are acne prone. If you are not acne prone and have clear skin, do not take more than 1 bottle. I had clear skin and took 1 bottle of 180 pills a year ago and was fine. Yet this year I took 3 bottles of 180 pills one after the next and had a major breakout on my forehead. I used to take this supplement at least 15 years ago, and I woud feel great while on it. These days, already 51 yo, I need a better motivation and after 10 days taking 3 humongous pills a day, I am feeling already stronger and my muscles feel harder too. Honestly, I've been using this for years. It works, plain and simple. Only way to beat this price is to own, or know an owner of a store. I've always, and will continue to, recommend this not only as a natural booster, but all of the other ingredients that help overall health and recovery. Excellent product at an excellent price.

For more than 30 years I have used this product as part of my supplements. It has kept my testosterone levels at 150% and fully functional without the need for blue pills. But they changed the formula and removed several essential ingredients.
