This kit is a bit cheaper than the previous version. The previous was better constructed and the push up handles were adjustable. This kit does come with the ab roller which is nice.

Great Product
This is a great product. I would recommend this set up for anyone who wants to get back into shape but doesn't want to pay for a gym membership. This has just about everything you need.

Bunch of junk
Very poorly constructed equipment. In the middle of workout the pull-up bar slipped and I fell. I in no way exceed the weight limit of 250 lbs and followed all instructions. It also dented my trim which I now have to fix. Never again will I purchase Gold's gym equipment.
