great looking case. it cracked when I used it last. the airline does not guarantee plastic wheels. the lifetime warranty is a joke. the fine print says the warranty does not cover damage by a third party such as airplane, train, or bus. so unless you break it yourself the warranty is useless.

It looks as great in person as it does in pictures, no complaints about quality. But the skin is not armored and attracts scratches. And this is not hard sided like a samsonite (you can't tell from photos)- it is a thin flexible plastic skin. It is still a head turner and I am satisfied.

I always loved this pattern and the reputation of Heys suitcases, so I was thrilled to buys this for my up coming trip to London. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it rolled funny and I realized that two wheels were only attached part-way --- the corners of the suitcase were cracked and I was in danger of losing the wheel. I was able to buy duck tape and wrap it well enough to survive the two week trip and plane ride home. I contacted Heys twice to get a replacement and they never even got back to me.The suitcase is light and pretty but not practical and the company apparently does not back up their product!!!!! Don't waste your money.
