This book is essential for any nurse entering or in the field who cares about their practice and how to treat their patients. Why? Because anyone can walk up to you and say things should be done this way. But if they can’t back it up with proof their words are empty. This book shows you and teaches you how to research and how to intelligently find Evidenced-based practice which means researched to the upmost practice on the best way to do a treatment to prevent a bad outcome. Get the book and Don’t let someone with a big mouth and no brains tell you how to do your job, you doubt and double check everything and make damn sure you are doing it right on your end bc it’s YOUR license, NOT theirs.
