A unique, delicious flavored caper. Our favorite caper ever. There must be something about the soil on the small Italian island where these are grown that make them so special. Worth every penny. They will elevate your cooking.

These capers look incredible! Amazingly fresh! I never realized they could ever taste so fresh and full of flavor. I will not go back to the watery jars of capers, these are so much better!

The best salted capers ever. I personally like to make guac without salt and eat a caper per bite but they go great with pasta and stuff. The seller hand wrote a note thanking me for the purchase and I thought that was a sweet gesture. Item was wrapped well also. Will order again!

The little gems are bursting with flavor. You don't need a lot to make a difference in any dish you make.

These are delicious, much better than capers I have bought at the store that are cured in vinegar. I made a delicious Insalata Pantesca.

Really good, and perfect for those who can't tolerate vinegar, which is in most capers. They were very fresh and good-sized. I put a tablespoon or so into a strainer and rinsed off the visible salt, and then put them into a small dish of water and soaked them for just a bit before adding them to what I was eating.

This is my first time buying capers in salt. I found myself craving caponata, and while browsing recipes, I learned that capers in brine are not usually used in Italian cuisine. While I don’t really have a frame of reference to go on here, I can say that the flavor is much more intense than any capers in brine I've tasted, and they are delicious! Just make sure to rinse them well. I put them in a small bowl of water and scooped them out with my fingers, because the excess salt can potentially get stuck in a strainer. The caponata turned out perfectly! I will never go back to the capers in brine that are typically sold in America.

These capers are delicious. I usually go with another brand, however those were unavailable and tried these. I was impressed and will purchase these again.
