Pedder Johnson Raised Toilet Seat with Clamp (13 cm) with Bag

Good product, could have been designed well. I see there is a scope for improving this product especially on how this is fastened to the commode. This is used for my elderly parents and the fasteners holding this to the commode are not firm so the toilet seat moves a bit which makes it difficult.

Misleading product information: Product description page says: "It Is Easy To Install, Just Place It On The Commode And Tighten The Side Clamps.". Mine didn't come with side clamps. It had only one front clamp.The image shown on amazon also shows side clamps while the product received didn't have any; nor did it have any facility for side clamps.Amazon needs to keep a check on cases like these, and update/correct the product info pages.

Not very comfortable as the seat moves when in use because the clamp doesn't secure well

Yes products bought here definitely meets our necessity .

The clamps are ill fitting on most commonly used commodes.The central hole is too small for an old person's confortable use.

The toliet seat although of good quality does not correctly fit the toilet so it is pretty useless

The clamping details are not up to the mark. The seat does not retain it's position securely.
