Worked perfect, meets all stated information.
The memory came well packaged. It had not been touched, it had no fingerprints and worked perfectly out of the container. Windows 10 runs much better with 8 GB. I was using 4 GB, after installation and rebooting I noticed an improvement with all applications. The Spectrum TV application ran perfectly with the improvement to 8 GB.

Samsung chips
These are the same Samsung chips that came with the old computer that needed the upgrade but made in different years. The RAM that came with the computer was made on the 33 weeks of 2014. These chips are made on the 51 weeks of 2018. The PCB is a bit different but they work the same.

Easy to install. Computer was slowing down with age & larger programs. Installed this (doubled my RAM) and it's like having a new PC.

Did not work
I understand that bad RAM is a thing that happens sometimes. But it's only a thing that happens with refurbished RAM. This RAM was advertised as new, not refurbished or "like-new". Also with no way to contact the seller or send back the RAM, I'm out the money I spent.

DDr3 is old but still works and its cheap this is great if you want to boost performance on a low end pc.
