Great product. Only thing thought with prime account you didn't have to pay shipping. Shipping was almost as much as product. Gets pricy that way.

It was packed in an ice pack but by the time I got it not only was the ice pack cut it so was the liquid.

I bought this because I read and article about a study done in 2012 that, antioxidants in tart cherry juice can reduce pain and inflammation of OA and The cherry juice helps regulate the hormones and helps the vascular system to direct the heat away from the skin if you suffer from hot flahses!! I have been taking it twice a day morning/night for about a week and I have to say it does help with both.. I even stopped my anti-inflammatory medication to see and I havent taken my meds yet. So I will be buying this again.

I use it for inflammation and antioxidation. It does what I need it to do however it took me roughly about a week to see the benefit. Highly recommend.
