Has anyone used this for teenage acne? if so, how good was the end result? tia

Yes. It can control the oil and anti-inflammatory. But it has to be used consistently.

How often should i use the mask for better results?

I used it everyday until I saw an improvement then every other day, then twice a week. It was the only thing that made any difference to my acne

Is this FDA approved?

Not sure but it is a great mask. I thought it was going to damage my eyes but its improved my eyesight slightly.
