We accidentally filled the hot tub with a bad water filter and had to deal with iron in the water. Filter removed all the iron after we added to appropriate chemicals with no issues.

These are the same filters that one buys in the pool shops at twice the price. I have ordered them twice now, and find they provide good filtration for one year in my hot tub. Well made, easy to install and they do catch the dirt. Make sure you clean them monthly with a hose.

I have paid twice the price for one of these filters. I was worried that the product would be flimsy because the price was so good. On the contrary, it seems to be quite well manufactured. Very satisfied.

I was skeptical at first about the quality of the product, given the price. My local dealer charges ~$85cdn per filter so when I saw that I can get 6 for $160, well , I had my doubts about how good they would be. Turns out they are identical filters and work perfectly.
