I've long destroyed the package, but on the individual tube there is no expiration date. I've had mine since 2011 and they are still kicking. I believe if you keep them tightly closed the scent remains strong. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this product melt in a hot car like regular Vick’s vapo rub? I live in the desert and gets up to 120 degrees. I want to leave it in my car.

This is not like the others. It is more a wick in the center with some oil in the bottom. I lived in Arizona and used them but I didn't leave them in the car as I carried it in my purse, but I don't see why you couldn't leave it in the car. They work well and all I can say is to try them. They work well.

You can apply the oil to your temples and wrists.

Q: How are these any different than the small Vicks inhalers?

almost similar but this one has an oil that you can put on your head when you have headaches.
