How to use USB charger

How do i use it. The rubber slot is empty but there was a charging cord inside the bag. It doesn't charge but phone, but I figure I would mention it...Other than that...I really like the bag...

Size Matters

This item was exactly as described. Leather look was very convincing. Unfortunately, I had a problem. It was long enough to accommodate the small oxygen tank I wanted to carry in it, but the opening was not large enough to insert the tank into.
