I am so glad I found this brand just showed up today. Reminds me of the medical grade ones I have. having a big ice pack doesn't really matter if it's too thin. It doesn't stay cold long enough if it's not thick These other brands on Amazon are terrible. This thing showed up today and it is thick. Just like a large ice pack should be. I'm going to be buying a handful of these. I've wasted some money on the other brands on Amazon. They are absolutely terrible. They are way too thin and furthermore they start to leak. I use ice packs like this on my back all day in my office chair finally found one that matches my original ice packs. I have two ice packs from many years ago that are just like this one. They are my favorite. They stay cold for hours so I'm really excited about this brand.

Try his is the Only ice pack you will Ever want to use once you try it. Its quality is so awesome. It’s that of a Physical Therapist. I have had both my knees replaced and these ice packs were my go to. They are super flexible straight from the freezer. They hold their coldness for a good half hour or even longer. You get your money’s worth with these. FYI….when you put them in the freezer, just be mindful of any sharp objects or edges of other frozen goods that could do damage to the ice packs. I tend to protect my investment and save a space in the freezer door or lay them flat where you might not damage them too quickly. These are worth the money trust me. I get great comfort when I I’ve with these. Other store bought ice packs don’t hold their coldness anywhere like these do.

This CoolPac is wonderful for post hip replacement surgery. I use it multiple times a day to wrap around my hip or place it over my thigh almost to my knee. It helps relieve pain and reduce my need for medicine. It remains flexible even when "frozen" which some of my other ice packs do not remain as flexible. This is nice sense you can mold it to the hip and cover the area that needs it most. I wake up early in the morning and take this out of the freezer and place it on my leg and then drift back to sleep. One caution is to make sure that you have something (pants or towel) between this and your skin. Highly recommend for post surgery.

I love these ice packs. My muscle therapist had me use one in the office and I knew I had to buy some right away. I purchased three! I love that they're pliable so you can use them on different parts of the body when needed. I have lots of inflammation in my body and I think these will make all the difference. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I ordered the 12.5 X 18.5 size and it weighs 6 pounds. Nowhere in the description did I see this. It’s a great ice pack. Stays cold. It is pliable and stays where you need it. In my case the knee. Just beware it’s very heavy to carry from the freezer to your recliner, bed etc.

These things are great but I used to pay $18 for them. To keep them you should always freeze them and never store them warm since they will dry out. The instructions tell you that.

I initially used these packs at therapy, and I was skeptical because generally cold packs do not work well for me. These are amazing as they mold to your body for full coverage of the area needing the cold therapy. I have since ordered multiple of these. They last forever too, so it's easy to have a new one ready to go all the time!

I love gel ice packs like this because they seem to be colder than other ice packs and can conform to your injury better. They had this at my physical therapist’s office, which is why I bought one for home use. This one stays super cold for about 30 minutes. Other gel packs I’ve tried last longer, which are great for using between sets of PT. This is much better than the blue beaded ice packs and other more readily available options I’ve tried. Highly recommend for surgery recovery.
