Great concept and works for Short
This product is as advertised. It seems a bit pricey considering it’s not the sturdiest set up but given that it is attached to the bed frame and able to move up and down it does the job. The plastic pieces that hold it on the vertical rail did break soon after we started using it but since I’ve been able to snap it into place still, it’s worked. It’s been helpful to make my king size bed into a safe space.

Overall good prodcut, very good service
Bought this item for my 1yr old kid for our king bed. The product is sturdy and relatively easier to assemble. One plastic part broke after 2m use but the warranty service is great. Replacement parts are shipped within one week and it worked

Great Item to Have for CoSleeping
I was only able to buy two long sides since the shorter side is currently unavailable. So far, these things have given me an ease of mind as well as more space on the bed. I no longer have to place an insane amount of stacked pillows on one side of the bed to prevent my 7mo from falling off. My only concern is that it doesn’t feel so sturdy. This may be due to the fact that I don’t have a bed frame, just a mattress and it’s box. I’m hoping to eventually get a bed frame as well as the shorter side so that the set can finally be complete and therefore sturdier. Otherwise, it’s great. It was easy to install and it is also easy to use.

I can't!!!
I bought three of these in the 80" size for my king bed, which is the suggested set of rails for a king. First, a king bed is 80" by 76" so something is off right there. Right? Well, that's just the beginning!I'd figured that out before I started constructing this trio of bedrails but proceeded anyway First, I have a standard metal bedframe with a boxpring and mattress. I naively tried to attach the rails to the bedframd but my adjustable bedframe didnt reach the full 80" so that didn't work. I quickly ordered a NEW king bedframe so that I could put this mess together. Fast forward, I get the bedframe, put that together and still can't figure it out how to put these rails on the bed. The "instruction manual" is a joke. It's more pictorial than anything else and the really not straightforward how to affix the rails onto the bed. Alas, I see there is some instructional video as listed in the pictures...nope, no video. I finally deduced that the rails go directly underneath the mattress and on top of the box spring. Sigh. Fine, but how are we screwing the base into the box spring? We are not. How do we secure this to the bed? With straps you say? Ooooooookay....not my favorite idea but okay. Problem is, the strap doesn't reach to the other side of the king bed.(yes these are 80" rails). It could only reach between the two XL twin box springs that I have. But how to fasten them? Well the "instructions" mention something about a label. I have no clue what that means, but there is a strange metal piece at the end of the string. I think it's supposed to ground the bedrail to the box spring (maybe?) But how? It's like a molded/merged chunk of two perpendicular metal pieces. How does this help? To make matters worse, I have one that goes from the bottom of the bed. Where to put that one? I ended up weaving them under the middle support piece of the bedframe but that was a bad idea because it took up too much of the straps and by the time I tried to get the straps on the legs of the bedrails, they didn't reach. Have I sighed yet? SighAfter maneuvering a heavy mattress and "affixing" the rails the best I could, only partially with straps, I see that one side of the trio of rails is falling off! Why? BECAUSE THERE ARE 4 EXTRA INCHES OF RAILS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BED!!! Sighing again. Thankfully, I had just purchased a bunch of handy bungee cords and was able to tightly wrap the rails together at the corners. Even still, one side still came out. This only became sturdy once I pushed the bed into the corner of the room.I was upset after seeing the result: and makeshift kingsized playard with bright colored bungee cords, but then I noticed something even more sigh-worthy....one corner of the trio of rails is uneven. The piece that goes on top of the corners popped up. WHY you might ask? I'll tell you....because the base leg of the rail on one side of one rail is literally about an inch shorter than all of the others. This is clearly a defect or it was meant to go in the box for a different product. However, the reality is that after purchasing the rails, the new bedframe, trying to figure out these instructions and finally making a makeshift version of the work, I realize that it needs to be taken apart anyway because I have a botched set of parts that make it cockeyed!Last tidbit, if you still have ANY interest in buying this....there is a major design flaw:The rails get lowered from the outside only. So if I'm inside and want to get out, or want to "lock" myself in, I have to reach over the top and awkwardly do it. They should have may this doable from inside and outside.SIGH.PS....if anyone figures this out, please tell me how.to fix my mess. I asked two questions above and maybe you can reply to them. Send help! Lol

Safe and Sturdy
These were easy to put together and much more functional than the other brand I returned. I love that the bottom rail sits tight against the top of the mattress so there is no way for my baby to get in between and suffocate against the mattress or fall through. I used the Styrofoam padding from the shipping to pad the bottom rails inside the mesh liner in case he bonks his head. I also love that I can put one side down at a time. Since I am often holding my baby, I needed to put the side down one-handed. It also feels very sturdy like it won't lean away from the bed if he pushes against it. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Easy to set up and use, but limited in actual application. Plus customer service was sketchy.
Easy to put together and use and I figure it would work with our bed frame. Our bed frame is an adjustable only at the head. So it's pretty much like a table. I figured wrong with it working out. It doesnt stay on our mattress' weight alone. It needs to be drilled in, but that would ruin the aspect of our adjustable head. Luckily we didnt need it for our son as he luckily sleeps well enough in his crib.I now use it as a barrier between the tv and entertainment center. It doesnt block the TV entirely so you can still keep the baby fingers off from the screen and pushing all the buttons, as well as random objects thrown from hitting it. The weight of the center keeps the rails down. He climbs on it now and the rail bends back and returns when he gets off. So it is sturdy in that aspect of flexibility, but I can imagine an exploring baby working to sneak out from a bed able to do so when it figures out they can use their weight to get the rail low enough to climb out.My interaction with customer service was not the best. When I received the rails one of the buttons was broken. I took a picture and contacted them through amazon. They got back to me and asked for my contact information and shipping address. Seems normal except Amazon says clearly in your chat that you do not give sellers this information. So it was a red flag for me. I told them to use the information in my order. They had it and asked the same question again. I ceased communication at that time. I was able to super glue the broken button together after many trials since I did not have a proper clamp.
