Great quality - using it for everything
I really like this oil. It tastes great and is a good quality (healthy). I use it for salad and cooking (pasta, searing etc.), pretty much everything that calls for oil (except cake/sweet). I will soon be ordering my 3rd tin. I prefer tin or glas containers for my oils because pretty much every harmful substance in plastic is lipid soluble and I don't want to ingest the leachables (not sure who thought that it's healthy to fill oils in plastic bottles🤔🤦).

We are big fans of olive oil in the house so we decided to try the "Colavita Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil Special". We use olive oil to cook and season and we normally like good smooth extra virgin oil. Our go to are normally extra virgin olive oils from Portugal, might just be our personal taste but it is normally what we have in the house and everyone seems to like it. This Colavita states in the bottle that is a mix from 2 different countries from a list that includes, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia and Morocco, so I assume different batches might have completely different tastes. The one we had was pretty good, did have a nice and smooth taste at the beginning and some bitterness towards the end. Value is pretty good for the amount that comes in. Not the best EVOO around but pretty good. 4 out of 5 stars!
