That is very misleading to others that read reviews. **Q: Would these be large enough to accommodate adult diapers?** A: Yes these diaper sacks can accommodate a medium adult diaper easily, Just make sure you role up your diaper before placing it in the plastic sack. I've used these sacks with Abena M4's, Tena Slip Maxi, and Tranquility ATN diapers. I have been using them since my son was born (he is currently almost 2) and I don't have a single complaint. They are affordable and easy to have handy at my changing table and in my diaper bag. What I really love is that they do really block the smell of stinky diapers. I put the dirty diaper in one of these, tie it tight and can that throw dirty diapers away in my regular trash can without smelling it later. I have yet to be near one of those diaper pails that people put in their nurseries that has not had a lingering, unpleasant odor. They are lightly scented too which is a plus for me. I have an unusually sensitive gag reflex and scents can get to me very easily.
