I use red pepper flakes in my spaghetti sauce and my meatballs, True Sicilian recipe as my Grandmother came over on a boat from Sicily.Now I save time and money by cooking my spaghetti sauce with these instead.Cooking Instructions:Heat OVEN to 375 degrees F. Place meatballs on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 mins; gently turn meatballs over and bake an additional 5-10 mins until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F.ORIn large SKILLET, cook meatballs over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until internal temperature reaches at least 165ºF. Remove meatballs from skillet.ORAfter browning all sides in a skillet or the oven add to your homemade sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.Even better brown on all sides then throw tomato puree, tomato paste and your preferred spices into your INSTAPOT.
