Workmanship is beautiful but far from complete. Fingerboard and frets were level and not enough missing from tops to want re-crown. Fret ends do not cut hands, but will catch cleaning cloth until further dress is done. Headstock and back of neck were finished medium thick gloss. Fingerboard was an unfinished mess of glue, sweat, and outlines for placement of the inlay that took a few hours to make right. Whatever substitute was used for rosewood, isn't super hard and indents easily. Use extra care with safe edge of fret files. Tuner near nut is partially up the curve, which means slightly thick and not parallel. Strong tuner ferrules might crush this problem flat, or may have to machine. Nut overhang needs trim for comfort. Plastic, not bone, maybe Tusq? Heel end appears rough and asymmetrical. But later realized was also an eighth of an inch too long, to be trimmed when fit. Other heel surfaces were fine. Truss end appears completely captive, so might bend both ways. Neck is straight, no need to mess with it yet. Can only say my 4mm wrench revealed no slop or tension in either direction when new, straight, and unstrung.
