I’ve already lost 8 lbs on this diet and I’m not hungry at all. I drink this twice per day during lunch and dinner when it’s cold! I also use the bullet proof coffee in the morning and eat about 30 grams of fat with each meal, drink plenty of water, get in green leafy vegetables and protein and the weight is falling off. I had so much energy that I jumped on my treadmill for 40 minutes and burned 250 calories. I have PCOS; therefore should be on a diet like this anyway, but couldn’t give up my carbs. All I can say is to do lots of research before you begin this diet which will save you plenty of set backs.
