Great Harness just Wrong Size

The 3 Star rating is of little to no value. I bought this and it was too small. Amazon permitted me to return it and credit my account. In the short time that I had ownership of the harness, I was quite impressed with its construction and design. Our Biewer is just a fatso and she outgrew it before she got it. That's code for 'the owner goofed.'
