The Kamen Diabetes Organizer's main zippered pocket has a space for each of the various supplies I must carry, testing meter, lancet device, test strips, lancets and insulin. I particularly like the pouch for holding used needles, test strips, etc. In the past, when out an about, I would just stick used supplies in the meter case. Many times I'd come home open the meter case and and have one or more of these used supplied end up on the floor. No more, the idea for the used supply pouch was brilliant . The Kamen Diabetes Organizer also has room to carry my emergency supplies used in case of a sugar low. Before I had to carry these supplies in a separate case. Now everything I could possible need is in one convenient carry case. The Organizer is well made. The zippers, used several times a day, seem to be of a heavy duty quality and I expect them to last for some time to come. This way I can safely dispose of my strips/lancets/pen caps at home and not worry about the mess in the bag or potentially hurting someone else. I have read other reviews mentioning zipper issues but mine so far has been a dream! This case would be even better if there was a wristlet or strap attached.
