I'm a heavy bleeder and am forever changing pads. A little apprehensive about keeping the cup in for 12 hours between changes especially with my heavy bleed so initially I changed every 4 hours, but not anymore, 12 hours is fine with me. A blessing not to wake up during the night to change pads, kept the cup in through the night. Really happy they sent a small size and a large size, I was able to try both and see which I felt more comfortable with. Nice packaging, and very handy carry pouch.
