Review: Hot! Hot! Hot! - Been searching for Hungarian Hot Paprika for a Delia recipe - Meatballs in a Goulash Sauce. Couldn't find it anywhere so bought Spanish hot smoked paprika from Sainsburys. Delicious but still keen for the right ingredient and glad to have found it. It's wonderful. Excellent quality, bright red with a pungency that's not too hot - just enough of a kick to flavour the sauce. Also tried it on cheese on toast - a perfect combination. In my opinion it's a more subtle flavour than cayenne pepper. I've decanted the 100g packet, which is great value, to share with two others and await their findings. I know they'll be pleased. Highly recommend.

Been searching for Hungarian Hot Paprika for a Delia recipe - Meatballs in a Goulash Sauce. Couldn't find it anywhere so bought Spanish hot smoked paprika from Sainsburys.
