Learned how to use it by going to you tube and watching tutorials and it really does work. I chose the black tourmaline because when your doing this the stone is meant to be hot/warm not cold as advertised by other sellers. You want the stone to be hot or warm. It holds the Heat very well. I also used Jojoba oil and I saw an immediate noticeable difference in the contours of my face and jaw line. It really does aid in draining of the fluid that builds up leaving your face noticeably more contoured. I will continue using this for a long long time. Also know that if you have acne or other skin problems don’t be sucked into buying a jade stone as it is porous and will cause breakouts. Stick with real tourmaline, rose quartz and other stones.
