Worked for ice-fishing perch
Take my review with a grain of salt as I used these in an unconventional way. Since they are so realistic I tried these out ice fishing since the lake I perch fish on always have gobies in the perch's belly. For jigging they drop slow but once they are on the bottom a light hop and drop on the bottom mimics gobies feeding and the perch SLAMMED these. Since the hook is big and so is the body, it filters out all the dinks so I was only reeling in jumbos. For my use I trimmed the pectoral fins so it sat on the bottom better. I bought 2 pks so I'm going to try these out for smallmouth once the ice clears.

Naw...
These were disappointing. The action is feeble unless you really move them fast. They're way smaller than they look...not nearly the size of the typical Goby. If they had been twice as big, and with better action, yeah, would have been worthwhile. As it is, they're just dinky and not a good investment.
