It's a very bad product and if you call the helpline number they don't even bother to take call and reward backThere is no minus rating.. Would have given the minus (-100 ) rating

I have bought this product recently (1 week) and so far I have found it very good.1) Product looks standard and beautiful2) Purifies the hard water quickly ( our regular water TDS is 670 and in a minute it reduces it to 40-60 (we can regulate it)3) Water tastes good4) Within 20-30 minute 10 liters of water gets dispensed5) Service is prompt and good (Charged 500)Cons:1) I may need to wait for sometime to see cons

We have received the part on exact date and the installation person came within 48 hours and installed it's was awesome with good water TDS

There is no warranty support for this product. From my conversation with the installation agent, came to know that this is an assembled product without any sort of guarantee or warranty. The auto water cut feature stopped working in 2 days and had to pay 500 again for replacing the part. This is a buy at your own risk product and don't expect any sort of answers to your issues from the manufacturer/seller contact that they share.The flavour of water is not good. You will need to adjust to it.The installation was not free. Paid 500 rs.Paid another 500 Rs for servicing as the product malfunctioned in 2 days. For a product worth 5k, I have already spent 1k for installation and servicing in 1 month. I am not sure this product will last a year or not.I would not recommend this product to anyone. It's better to go for a branded product. It might cost 10k but you will save in the long run.Thanks for reading. Hope this review helos.

Purchased this a month ago and already there's a water leakage issue from the filter tank.It fills up a 50 liter water bucket to purify 10 litres of water and even after that the filter doesn't stop.Lot of water wastage and i am unable to find a helpline numberThe water leakage problem isn't resolved and it keeps happening from time to time.There's no response on the customer care number.

Water taste is good

Worst product I have seen within a day it fails. I called for complaint but no reply from company side.

Best purifier in economic rate for value of money.... Strongly recommend to purchase in good price range as well as water flavor and quality.
